License Agreement

License Agreement

This license is a legal agreement between you and Luis Majano (Ortus Solutions) & Mark Mandel (Compound Theory) for the use of CodexWiki. By obtaining the Software you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this license. This software is bounded to the Apache License, Version 2.0.

Permitted Use

You are permitted to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Software with or without modification, for any purpose, provided that the following conditions are met:

A copy of this license agreement must be included with the distribution.
Redistributions of source code must retain the above copyright notice in all source code files.
You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices stating that You changed the files
Products derived from the Software may not be called CodexWiki and CodexWiki may not appear in their name, without prior written permission from Luis Majano (Ortus Solutions) & Mark Mandel (Compound Theory).
This License does not grant permission to use the trade names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor, without prior written permission from Luis Majano (Ortus Solutions) & Mark Mandel (Compound Theory).
